Your order will be shipped fully insured. We urge all customers to review their order immediately for damage or tampering before signing for the package. After signing for the package you will be responsible for any damage. If you find damage after you have signed for the package you must call the store within 24 hours since signing.
Order Ship Time
An estimated ship time will be adressed for your order as soon as we can. This will be based upon the on availability, days to process, and package size.
If you place an order during regular business hours, 10am-5pm, Tuesday thru Saturday, your order will begin processing immediately.
If you place your order on a holiday, weekend, or outside of business hours, the order will begin processing the next business day.
Addresses
All orders will be delivered to the billing address listed on the credit card. We will not ship to PO Boxes.
Alternate Addresses
If you will not be home to sign for your package, an alternate address can be used. We will call your credit card company and confirm the alternate address. Please ensure that your credit card or bank has this secondard address on file.
