Our History
Trinity Diamonds began in 2002 with a vision rooted in service, craftsmanship, and community. In our early years, we operated as a concierge-style jeweler, providing deeply personalized experiences and building lasting relationships with our clients. As our reputation grew, so did the need for a dedicated space. In 2011, we moved into our current location in the Casa Adobes Plaza, where we continue to serve as one of Tucson’s premier jewelry destinations.
Over the years, our commitment to excellence has been honored widely. We were voted Best in Tucson for eight consecutive years and earned the Best in Arizona Award in 2019. Known as one of Tucson’s true “hidden gems,” we take pride in offering unique, beautifully crafted pieces made from the finest materials sourced around the world.
Today, we continue to grow while maintaining the same values that defined our beginnings: exceptional quality, unmatched service, and a genuine passion for our community.
Giving Back
Long before Trinity Diamonds became a storefront, it began as a mission-driven effort to uplift others. From 2002 to 2007, we operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicating our early success to helping those in need. Our work supported local homeless shelters in Tucson as well as orphanages throughout Africa, reflecting our belief that business should serve people first.
Although we eventually grew too large to maintain nonprofit status, our commitment to service never changed. To this day, we continue to support local organizations and international efforts, including ongoing contributions to the Lappan Foundation, which provides essential support for youth programs and orphaned children. Giving back remains a core part of who we are—our success is shared with the community that helped build us.

Joanne Zich
Since founding Trinity Diamonds in 2002, Joanne Zich has infused the company with her passion, integrity, and unwavering dedication to excellence. She is committed to ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service and craftsmanship.
Joanne has trained under some of the industry’s most respected designers, including the renowned Richard Krementz, a key mentor in her early career. She holds a Diamond Grader Certificate and an Accredited Jewelry Professional Degree, is a member of the Diamond Council of America, and was honored as the first jeweler listed on the Jewelers Board of Trade.
Through continuous education, transparency, and leadership, Joanne sets the standard for the Trinity Diamond experience. Her work in the community and her devotion to serving others reflect the heart of the company.

Martine Rodriguez
As Trinity Diamonds’ master goldsmith, Martine Rodriguez brings over 44 years of experience and a second-generation legacy of exceptional craftsmanship. Beginning his training in his teens, Martine has spent decades perfecting his artistry, earning a reputation for creating some of Tucson’s most exquisite and meaningful jewelry pieces.
His honesty, precision, and dedication ensure that every design—whether a custom creation or a restored heirloom—is crafted to last a lifetime. Martine’s work is a true expression of passion and purpose, bringing each customer’s vision beautifully to life.
