Shipping Rates
We are happy to offer free shipping for all our online customers!
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and verified. Custom designs, special orders, resized items, or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time. If your order requires extra time, we will notify you directly.
Shipping Method & Delivery
All shipments are sent via insured and trackable carriers to ensure your purchase arrives safely. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Signature Requirement
For security purposes, Trinity Diamonds will require a signature upon delivery for certain orders, particularly high-value shipments. If unavailable to be present for the signature, it can be routed to a facility for pick up.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility for your order transfers to you once the shipment is accepted by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for your delivery when applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Trinity Diamonds is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
